Before moving day, we take care of the New York part. If your building wants a certificate of insurance, we deal with your management company directly, so you're not playing messenger all week. If the freight elevator has rules, we find out ahead of time and plan around them.

On the day, here's how a mirror travels with us: off the wall, corners padded, wrapped face-in, loaded upright between soft things, and marked so nobody stacks a box on it. That's the standard for everything you'd mind losing.

At the other end, every box lands in the room its label names: kitchen things in the kitchen, and the box of photos wherever you want to keep it close.

My building needs a COI. Is that my problem?

No. We deal with your management company directly and make sure the certificate is where it needs to be before moving day. Just tell us the building details when you start your quote.

Do you offer storage?

Yes. If your move has a gap in the middle, tell us in your quote. We arrange the storage as part of the move, so your things are picked up once, stored safely, and delivered when the new place is ready.
